Eligibility Window
- 7 days from delivery.

Item Condition
- Unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice.

Non‑returnable Items
- Customized or special‑order items, opened software/licenses, consumables once opened, items damaged due to misuse.

Process
- Email Sales@geoarc-store.com with order number, reason, and photos. We will issue an RMA and return instructions.

Inspection
- Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Fees
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error or DOA.
